OUR HISTORY
Doheem Promotions SARL was founded in 2012 by Mr. Gervasio Romero, a former banker and credit expert in the field of real estate development financing, who today enjoys an excellent reputation in the real estate sector in Luxembourg.
The company is a competent partner for the realization of new residential construction projects of very high quality in the capital of Luxembourg and its surroundings. She is responsible for the design, development, implementation, execution and delivery of real estate projects.
For the realization of its real estate projects, the company works with renowned construction companies, the best in their category, and suppliers of high quality building materials and accessories .
At the end of 2020, the company’s real estate portfolio includes a total of approximately 31 real estate projects since its inception, of which 14 have been sold and delivered (130 units), 8 are in progress under construction (64 units) and 9 are in a development phase (98 units).
